Organising scenarios using collections
Collections allow you to organise your scenarios into groups. Collections are a flexible way to organise scenarios, manage access and support structured learning across different cohorts in your organisation.
Creating a collection
To create a new collection:
- Go to Collections in the left sidebar
- Select Create collection
- Add a title and description
- Save your collection
The title and description are visible to learners and help them understand what the collection includes.

Choosing who can see a collection
Every collection has its own access setting, under Who can access this collection:
- Everyone in the organisation - all learners can see the collection
- Specific cohorts - only learners in the selected cohorts can see it
This controls who sees the collection itself - it does not change who can access the scenarios inside it. Access to each scenario is set on the scenario, using its visibility. See Previewing, publishing and managing scenarios.
You can change the setting when creating or editing a collection, or from the collections list using Manage access.
Adding scenarios to a collection
Once your collection is created, you can add scenarios to it from the Scenarios page.
To add a scenario:
- Go to Scenarios
- Open the scenario you want to add
- Select the Add to collection button and choose the collection
A scenario can belong to more than one collection.

Ordering scenarios
You can change the order in which scenarios appear within a collection. Open the collection and reorder the scenarios so learners work through them in the sequence you want.
Removing scenarios from a collection
You can remove a scenario from a collection at any time. This does not delete the scenario; it simply removes it from that collection.
To remove a scenario:
- Open the collection
- Find the scenario in the list
- Select the Remove button
The scenario will remain available in your scenario list.

Sharing a collection
Each collection has its own unique URL. You can share this link with learners so they can navigate directly to the collection page without searching.
Learners will only be able to access the collection if they have permission based on your access control settings.
