Upgrading your plan

Manage your subscription at: Settings → Plan

SimChat offers flexible plans to match your organisation's needs.

By default, all organisations start on the free plan. If you would like to upgrade or need help choosing the most appropriate plan, contact the SimChat team and we will guide you through the available options.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade:

Go to Plan
Click Upgrade or View plans
Select your new plan
Complete payment
Your new limits take effect immediately

Enterprise plans require contacting our sales team. Click Request enterprise demo on the pricing page.

Additional options

Alongside your main plan, SimChat offers two optional add-ons: video minutes for video avatars and scenario libraries for ready-made content.

Video minutes

Video mode uses video minutes, which are tracked separately from your main plan.

Video minutes are consumed during video-mode conversations
You can check your remaining balance under Settings → Plan
Additional minutes can be purchased when required

Scenario libraries

You can also purchase access to pre-built scenario libraries. Scenario libraries are optional add-ons that give your organisation access to ready-to-use, professionally developed scenarios. These collections save time and provide high-quality content that can be imported directly into your scenario list. Libraries can be added to any paid plan.

To purchase a library:

Go to Scenario store
Browse the available libraries
Select a library to view its details
Purchase access for your organisation

Once purchased, the library will be available for you to import scenarios into your organisation’s scenario list.
