Reviewing learner activity

You can review user activity to understand how your learners is using SimChat and to monitor engagement with your scenarios.

This includes viewing session transcripts, overall scores, session durations and seeing how individual scenarios are being used.

The Activity section provides an overview of how your organisation is using SimChat. It includes:

• Overall statistics for your organisation, such as the number of conversations completed
• A list of user sessions that you can open and review in detail

You can filter and search user sessions to find specific conversations or review activity for particular learners.

Reviewing individual conversations

You can review any individual conversation completed by a learner. To do this, select the relevant session under Conversations.

When you open a session, you will see:

• The full transcript between the learner and the AI
• The learner’s answers to any post-scenario questions (if these were added)
• The learner’s overall score, automarked by the AI against your checklist

This view allows you to assess the learner’s performance and review the interaction in detail.

Leaving feedback

You can leave feedback on any learner’s session. To do this, select Review on the conversation you want to comment on. Enter your feedback in the text box provided and save it.

The learner will be able to view this feedback, and they will receive an email notification when it has been added.
