Upgrading your plan

SimChat offers flexible plans to match your organisation's needs.


By default, all organisations start on the free plan. If you would like to upgrade or need help choosing the most appropriate plan, contact the SimChat team and we will guide you through the available options.


Understanding plans


Free plan - perfect for trying SimChat


  • Up to 5 users, 2 administrators
  • Up to 50 conversations / month
  • Up to 2 custom scenarios
  • Text simulations
  • Voice simulations (30 minute trial)

Starter plan - for small to medium teams

Upgrading your plan


To upgrade:


  1. Go to Plan
  2. Click Upgrade or View plans
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Choose your minute mix and add any optional minute packs (see below)
  5. Complete payment
  6. Your new limits take effect immediately


Enterprise plans require a custom quote. Click Request a demo on the Plan or pricing page to speak with our team.


Choosing your audio and video minutes


The Starter and Team plans include a yearly minute allowance that you split between audio and video. Before payment, the Configure your plan page lets you set the mix with a slider. Audio and video are traded at 2 audio minutes for 1 video minute, so for example a Starter plan gives you up to 800 audio minutes or up to 400 video minutes, or any mix in between. The mix defaults to a 50/50 split.


You can also add optional one-off minute packs in the same step, billed with your first invoice.


The mix you choose is re-applied automatically each time your plan renews. If you want to rebalance your current minutes part-way through, you can convert between audio and video on the Plan page at any time. See Understanding audio and video minutes.


Additional options


Scenario libraries


You can also purchase access to pre-built scenario libraries. Scenario libraries are optional add-ons that give your organisation access to ready-to-use, professionally developed scenarios. These collections save time and provide high-quality content that can be imported directly into your scenario list. Libraries can be added to any paid plan.


To purchase a library:


  1. Go to Scenario store
  2. Browse the available libraries
  3. Select a library to view its details
  4. Purchase access for your organisation


Once purchased, the library will be available for you to import scenarios into your organisation's scenario list. See Using scenario libraries and importing scenarios.
