Customising your organisation's branding

Manage branding at: Settings → Branding

You can customise how SimChat appears to your learners by adding your own logo, favicon and brand colour.

Branding is a paid-plan feature. On the free plan the Branding page doesn't appear in the sidebar at all - upgrade first and it becomes available. See Upgrading your plan.

Updating your branding

Open Settings → Branding in the sidebar
Update any of the following:

Logo - recommended 200x50px PNG or JPEG
Favicon - must be 16x16px or 32x32px ICO or PNG. This is the small icon shown in the browser tab
Brand colour - used for buttons and links

Select Save changes

Your branding is applied across the pages your learners see, so SimChat fits the look of your organisation.

Hiding SimChat branding (Enterprise)

On Enterprise plans you can also hide the SimChat label that appears beneath your organisation name in the sidebar and elsewhere. On the Branding page, turn on Hide the SimChat label shown beneath your organisation name.

This option is not available on Starter or Team plans.
