• Setting per-user minute limits

  Manage limits at: Users (in the sidebar) Audio and video minutes are shared across your organisation. To stop a few learners from using the whole balance, you can cap how many audio and video minutes each learner can use. By default, learners have no individual limit and draw from the shared organisation balance. Setting a limit for a learner Go to Users in the sidebar Find the learner. • Customising your organisation's branding

  Manage branding at: Settings → Branding You can customise how SimChat appears to your learners by adding your own logo, favicon and brand colour. Branding is a paid-plan feature. On the free plan the Branding page doesn't appear in the sidebar at all - upgrade first and it becomes available. See Upgrading your plan.
