Reviewing reported scenarios

Find this at: Reports (in the sidebar, for administrators)

If someone spots a problem with a scenario - for example inaccurate content or unexpected AI behaviour - they can report it. Administrators review these reports and decide what to do.

How people report a problem

While viewing or completing a scenario, a user can select Report a problem (available on the scenario intro, during a session, and on the results screen). They choose a category and describe the issue:

  • Inaccurate or unclear content
  • AI behaviour
  • Technical issue
  • Other

The report is sent to your organisation's administrators, along with the scenario and the specific conversation it came from.

Reviewing reports

Administrators see Reports in the sidebar. A badge shows how many reports are still open.

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Use the status filter to focus on Open reports (or view resolved, escalated and closed ones)
  3. Select a report to see the details, including the scenario and the conversation that triggered it

Resolving a report

When you've dealt with a report - for example by editing the scenario or deciding no change is needed - mark it Resolved. You can reopen a resolved report later if you need to.

If you need help from the SimChat team, escalate the report and add a message explaining the problem. The SimChat team can then review it and close it once it's dealt with.

Report statuses

  • Open - newly reported, waiting for an administrator
  • Resolved by organisation - an administrator has dealt with it
  • Escalated to SimChat team - sent to SimChat for help
  • Closed by SimChat team - the SimChat team has dealt with it

For reviewing learner sessions rather than reported problems, see Reviewing user activity and transcripts.
