Reviewing user activity and transcripts

You can review all user activity in your organisation from the Activity section. This helps you monitor engagement, assess learner performance and access individual conversation transcripts.

Owners and administrators see activity for the whole organisation. Authors and assessors who staff a cohort see activity for their cohorts. See Creating and managing cohorts.

Reviewing conversations

The Activity page lists every conversation, including:

  • The scenario used
  • The interaction mode (text, audio or video)
  • The date and time
  • The user who completed it

You can:

  • Open individual transcripts
  • Leave feedback for learners
  • Bulk download transcripts
  • Filter or search to find specific sessions

Filtering conversations

You can filter conversations by:

  • AI behaviour
  • Interaction mode (e.g. audio or video)
  • Specific scenario
  • User name

These filters make it easy to locate sessions for auditing, assessment or support.

The activity section allows you to review learner conversations

Reviewing a session and leaving feedback

Leaving feedback for users is optional. Learners can still review their own transcript, self-mark the checklist or use AI marking without staff input. They can also access AI examiner feedback even if no manual feedback is provided.

To review an individual session:

  1. Select Review on the session you want to open

The session view displays:

  • The full transcript between the learner and the AI
  • The learner's answers to any post-scenario questions
  • The automarked score based on your checklist

As an administrator, you see the full detail of every session, including the checklist and scores, even for assessment scenarios.

Leaving feedback

In the session view, you can write and save feedback for the learner. When feedback is released:

  • The learner is notified by email
  • Other staff reviewing the session can view the feedback you have added

This allows multiple staff members to collaborate when reviewing learner performance.

Downloading and exporting

If you need to download transcripts or produce reports, you can export from the Activity page. See Exporting transcripts and activity reports.

Tracking curriculum coverage

If you use curricula, the Activity page can also show which curriculum topics your learners have covered. See Tracking curriculum coverage.
