Inviting users (learners)
Users join your organisation through invite links. These can be shared manually (e.g. via LMS or intranet) or sent by email directly from SimChat. When a learner uses an invite link, they will: Create a SimChat account Be automatically associated with your organisation Be added to a group if your invite link is linked to one Creating an invite link Go to Settings → User invites Select New invite Name the invite (e.g. “Year 2 medical students”)Few readersInviting administrators and authors
Staff members are invited individually by email. Only owners and administrators can invite new staff.
